Green Lake shooting victim had troubled past
The man who was shot three times Monday afternoon at Woodland Park died at Harborview Medical Center, hospital staff said Tuesday. Court documents show the man authorities identified as the victim had a violent history that included drug convictions, theft, eluding police and unlawful firearm possession.
